The contracts of the tour are regulated by laws and regulations established by the International Convention on Travel (CCV) contracts, signed in Brussels on 23 April 1970 and ratified by Law no. 1048 December 27, 1977 and Articles of the Law 111/95.
PRICES.
Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT and taxes. In case of unexpected increases in costs (such as tickets to museums), we reserve the right to change our prices that are valid from 01/01/2016 to 01/01/2017. The price includes what is specified in each tour or service and will be written on our confirmation email.
PAYMENTS.
Payments can be made directly through the site in the Shop section, or at our agency located in Via degli Scipioni, 44 00192 Rome.
CONFIRMATION.
Confirmation with full details of schedules, meeting places and the final price will ensure the availability of services and will constitute acceptance of the “General Terms and Conditions” between you and Special Quality Rome SP.Q.R ..
CANCELLATIONS.
The cancellation of a tour confirmed will be charged as follows:
50% of the price to be confirmed if canceled less than 24 hours before the service.
20% of the price to be confirmed if canceled less than 48 hours before the service.
10% of the price to be confirmed if canceled less than 72 hours before the service.
100% of the tickets have already been purchased for you, which are not refundable.
100% if you do not you will submit the appointment without notice.
RESERVATION CHANGES.
The Change of reservation is almost always possible. We try to have maximum flexibility in order to change your reservation with a new written request, followed by a new written confirmation.
OBLIGATIONS.
The Special Quality Rome SP.Q.R. obligations They are limited as it acts as an intermediary agent for its customers.
REFUNDS.
Refunds will not be applied in case of changes, unexpected time or itineraries not due to our will and out of our control but WARRANT THE SERVICE, if necessary with an alternative route or changing the date of your tour.
RESPONSIBILITY’.
